I’m Madeline

and this is Elika Joi

Documentary Family Filmmaker & Photographer

Family memories, forever.

I'm Madeline, and for as long as I can remember, I've been professionally immersed in the art of capturing stories with a camera. From documentary films to commercials, training videos, and instructional content – I've done it all, and it’s not all beautiful or always heartfelt. It wasn't until I became a mother that I truly grasped the transformative power my love and skill for memory capturing could have.

In the vast landscape of my career, where every frame and project tells a unique story, it was the intimate moments at home with my family that resonated the most with me, and that I wished I could watch unfold again and again. I've been there, with my own new baby, feeling the constant worry of missing a precious moment, the fear of not capturing it perfectly – be it horizontally, vertically, artistically or at all and wait, was I present in the moment?! It was this experience that ignited my passion for creating videos that matter, videos that allow you to see yourself, your family, and your life in all its beauty.

I understand the unspoken desire for a video of yourself, a keepsake that immortalizes the genuine you in those fleeting moments. It's about more than just the visuals; it's about the emotions, the laughter, the love, and the realness of life. As someone who has stood on both sides of the lens, I undeniably comprehend how to craft something meaningful that not only captures memories but also helps you feel seen and hopeful.

To the tired parent who might be feeling overwhelmed or to anyone navigating the challenges of life, I want you to know that I see you. I'll meet you where you are, in the raw and genuine moments, and together, we'll create something more special than any object you’ll ever own. . Through our collaborative storytelling, we'll find a way to illuminate the beauty in your life, making sure you're not just behind the camera but authentically present in the story we capture together.
